The men's group will be kicking off our next bible study after the book The Five Love Languages by Gary Chapman. John Cangiano and Eric Wisman will be facilitating the study on Tuesday morning at 6:00 at the Café Lighthouse. Our last bible study was a great success and we look forward to keeping the momentum going and hope to add some new friends to our study.

We are starting to get ready for Fall Festival which will be held on Sunday October 26th from 3-6 pm. We are in need of donations for the raffle and also for sponsors for the inflatables. If you have connections for the raffle or for sponsoring an inflatable…please let Pastor Greg know…your support for this church and community event is greatly appreciated! There is an opportunity for someone to work with middle school students by helping them learn and act out the drama for our Christmas Program. If you are interested or have any questions about it, contact Trey Teel.

Stamp out hunger!!! Women’s service project @ Tarrant Area Food Bank this Saturday, September 13th from 9am-12pm-When your stomach growls, do you ever worry about where your next meal comes from? Most of us don’t. The Tarrant Area Food Bank feeds 30,000 needy families every month including Fort Worth and 13 surrounding counties. Must have 30 volunteers (16 years or older) to complete the shift. We will inspect donated non-perishable food for damage, sort, & repackage for distribution. No heavy lifting, wear closed toe shoes. Please help by donating a few hours of time and sign-up on the registration form at the information desk.

New Member class starts this Sunday. If you are considering joining LOTW or would just like to find out more information about it…please join us Sunday at 5 pm in the Lighthouse Café. The class will last for 4 weeks and each session is 1 hour long. Childcare is provided.
